It is true to an extent, just like Chouji flying is true to an extent. Chouji has wings and his mode is called a butterfly mode which is enough proof in the manga and goes along with the databook.

Sorry but I can't imagine that creature flying, and without scans it is even harder.

Yes DB hypes Choji to fly but we dont know how high he can go and how fast he can fly so he is pretty featless in the flying department. With how big he is, its only logical to say he cant fly very fast.

Where is your proof hiashi had the stronger kaiten in that instance?
Where does it state hiashi can tank much stronger attacks?

Choji's butterfly punch was unable to pressure the mazo while the juubi in its weakest form was slapin away the 2 strongest bijuu's with ease yet a stronger version was unable to move 2 tiny rotation techniques meanin that one rotation should beable to parry a tail stomp from any bijuu due to simple scaling, not to mention kaiten can knock away the chakra of choji's punches.

Anyway Choji wins this more often than not.
