Queen Chochou is pretty funny, some people just can't appreciate good humor, and chochou is better comic relief than choji could ever be, choji was a one trick pony with the chubby joke comic relief. Chochou is just all around amusing, her personality compliments sarada's tenacious yet reserved personality.
