Kakuzu wins.
Too many elemental blasts which many of her puppets can't deal with and would most likely be one shotted right after she sent them to strike.
She's also unable to harm Kakuzu. Her only chance would be attempting to seal him, but i think she would be the overwhelmed one here, so i severely doubt she would get the chance to do it.
