Ok lets begin:

Fuinjutsu​

Her Sealing techs are very overlooked here. The manga has put Chiyo's skill in Fuinjutsu, able to seal Buijuu level[

]. With that said, we can conclude that Chiyo's Fuinjutsu can seal off chakra at Buijuu chakra level. Now lets look at her combat Fuinjutsu.. She had displayed only one. And for her to access this, she will need to summon of the the ten puppets from The Chikamatsu Collection. "The one-eye[

]". The puppet forms a Fuinjutsu formula that can be drawn on the

Methods:
-Chiyo can use the seal for defensive and offensive:
  • Defensive: Chiyo can set one up around her like she did with Sakura and herself, against Sasori[

    ], anything that breeches her/ enters the sealing realm gets effected.
  • Offensive: The time she used it on panel, she relied on Sakura to throw it. In these condition without Sakura, can use use one of her Puppets to throw it instead[

Puppet Skill​

Chiyo has always had the ability to use the skill called "Yubi ni sū", Sasori translation is "Finger by Finger" tech[

]. This means that Chiyo puppet skills are so great she can use one chakra string to control one whole puppet like it was all 5 fingers. Although she only used it with 10 puppet collect, that does not stop her from using it with Mother and Father Puppet. Meaning 2 chakra strings is enough to do everything she needs to do (One for Mother and one for Father). IF CUT, it will be easy to use 3 other fingers to use chakra strings to easily re attach them. To Chiyo, one finger = 5 fingers use. The conditions this match up, cutting chakra strings is not a problem at all, as I pointed out with this scan earlier[

One more clear up....

Sharingan vs Puppeteers​

The Sharingan has not been able to predict object as well as people. Because the mechanics are completely different: since the muscles have a certain delay to move, the Sharingan should see that and anticipate the movements accordingly. A Sharingan user trying to interpret chakra strings can still fool the user, since unorthodox movements can still effect a Sharingan user, shown in the manga. It is not a simple task to read every pattern a puppeteer does, since they could always switch it up.

Dealing with the basic things of Kakashi

Lightening Release:

Lightening Release will be an annoying jutsu, since it will be penetrating though 98% of Chiyo's moves.

Depending which Lightening is being use:

Raikiri: Chiyo can use Mother and Father. One user can strictly use chakra shield to defend, while the other can land on an opening. The premise of how Kakashi will be open, is simply due to the chakra shield[

] being penetrated. The testament of these shield was able to repel Iron Sand penetration. Kakashi having a more effective penetrating attack, should conclude that the shield will slow down his path, thats been ripped through, thus the secondary puppet comes in to land the attack.

Other Lightening Release: any other will fall under Jewel Suction tech[

]. Due to the Wind Suction, it will act as a natural electrical insulator (Wind>Lightening).

She can also use Chakra razor that can cut Chakra itself[

Further development against Sharingan:​

Chiyo finger by finger tech can keep Kakashi's eyes focus on the puppets, rendering Genjutsu impossible to pull.
