This is why kakashi wins in point form. He'd simply outclass her at every turn. Chiyo's traps would be evaded by Shadow clone feints; Hiding like a mole; Sharingan precog + shushin.
I left room to make a good argument of Kakashi taking this. But I also took advantage of this thread, by hopefully showing how powerful Chiyo can be, or her taking this as well. And now...
Either way I still give it to kakashi due his speed and the fact that his sharigan can see the chakra strings quite easily and eventually he can cut the strings off his a raiton enhanced kunai similar to what the cloud ninja(Omoi) did to cut sasori's chakra strings to set those ninja free that were being controlled by sasori during the war[

Yea, that is every puppeteer expectations of happening. Puppeteers comes prepared for situations that you have mention. Unfortunately, Chiyo skills showed to muti task with these strings, meaning, anything Kakashi is going to cut, the other puppet can fend off, which Chiyo can instandtly reeactch the strings that were cut. Its simple task for a Puppeteer user[

Thats nice. Chiyo has high intellect and more battle experience, she can use as an advantage too, to counter her weakness and use it against Kakashi.
Kamui isn't even needed, 3t kakashi is enough.

lady chiyo stays stationary when controlling her puppets, with the use of lightning clones form kakashi which can possibly destroy her puppets or disrupt the chakra thread attached to them.
Chiyo is a medical ninja. Their skill set helped her over come the Puppeteers weakness, through the art of evasion. She will not be a stationary fight. The only time you see her like that in the manga, was when focusing on all 10 puppets to fight, due to the overwhelming 100 puppets attacking her from every angle. Kakashi doesn't have overwhelming jutsu that she has to deal with. Second, the condition of the match up benefits her so she doesn't necessary have to use all 10 puppets, to lose concentration.
Chiyo will be left vulnerable to dog summons just like zabuza was[

]. The dogs restrict her movements and leave her wide open for a raikiri or better yet a kamui(not that it's needed) just for the lelz.
Your took focus of her being a stationary fighter, to make it seem like its a simple task.
I'm surprise you would even compare that fodder to kakashi. Make im blindfolded and then chiyo might have a chance.
