Chakra shield blocks Sakura's punch. Chiyo's puppets can just back up and charge at Sakura again. Chiyo's pppets have multiple range attacks to stop Sakura from attacking.

Sakura wins. Manga intel favours Sakura a lot, but imo she wins regardeless of the situation.

And the only thing comparable between Sakura and Chiyo is the use and knowledge of poison. Sakura already surpassed Chiyo since the beggining of Shippuden in that sense.

Chiyo is not one of the jubi clones, she has a brain and has intel on tsunades fighting style, she would know when sakura jumps high and is aiming for the ground( and shouting loud " Shanarooo") that she will hit it and try causing an earth split, but thats avoidable.

Chiyo can jump together with her puppets to dodge the earth split, up flowing stones will be blocked with chakra shield or sth. like that.

The reason sakura used the powerful punsh only once, leads me to think that it costs a lot of chakra, so she must be car full note to waste a lot of chakra with imprecise destruction.

Sakura will be forced to use katsuyu, i don't know what counters chiyo have against it, but sakura wins not neg diff, she could also lose high diff, when chiyo right to begin keeps her busy with chakra kunais and Ma+ Pa puppets ( showed to be very fast ).

A little scratch and sakura will be poisoned, in my opinion it can go either way, but chiyo is skilled and has a lot of experience.

Okay when katsuyu is indefinite sakura takes this, i thougt every summoning has a strict summoning time.
Katsuyu is a very sick summoning which allows the user having a big source of chakra regeneration + byakogu can be used longer
Chiyo will be outlasted.
Without katsuyu sakura looses.

shanaro wouldnt oneshot chiyo, chiyo is still quick on the feats she can jump avoiding it not like these fat mini jubis.
Her puppets can help her gaining hight and with her 10 puppets she has also destruction force wich will handle the upflowing stones.
