However, we do know that Sasori doesn't just pick out fodders and makes Human Puppets out of them which means that the guy has a shit ton of different Jutsu or even Kekkei Genkai in his arsenal.

The only manga fact that can be used in this argument is that the Only Shinobi who Sasori has in his collection, who even had a reputation is the 3rd Kazekaga, Why? Because if he took another shinobi of that Caliber the world would notice as it did with the 3rd

Face is you can sit here and create Shinobi and say he could of taken them, but its like Giving Kakuzu any KKG, or Madara and Obito any MS technique,

He clearly thought they were not strong enough to go up against these two girls, who even he still thought were pathetic , so their nothing special
