Neither of the Sarutobi's have counters for poison. Plus Chiyo can control who ever her chakra strings touch. Plus her 10 white puppets are skilled at taijutsu(Enough to pressure Hiruzen and Konohamaru) Iron sand blocks stop elements and rasengans etc... ​

Sasori is soloing? Hell no, Hiruzen can take out his 100 Puppetts in one go with his Edo AoE feats. Enma serves as a good defence for any variation of Iron Sand, as does his Doton. I would actually say Hiruzen soloes this, with Konohamaru (basically a mini-version of himself) as support, its a sure victory for the Sarutobi duo High-Diff.
