Edit: Changed my mind, team 1 wins. Hiruzen's katon should evaporate Mangetsu and rock golem is pushed back with Enma the same way Enma pushed the Kyubi out of the village walls. Chiyo and Hiruzen should be more than enough to finish off a jinton-less Onoki.

Though I am bias toward hiruzen, I believe that Raiton should fry Mangetsu, but I could be wrong.
And I know this is fan fiction, but if hiruzen gives enma to chiyo, and she attaches strings to him and manipulates him like a puppet, I could see her wreaking oonoki.

Onoki can turn hiruzen into dust faster than chiyo or hiruzen can react. After that, Mangetsu is basically unstoppable.
