ninjutsu are techniques done by the user with chakra and handseals to be effective,
the handseals are use to mold the chakra in varios forms thats why they are different seals.
to create or do a jutsu two things are require
1.-shape transformation deals with controlling the form, movement, and potency of chakra.
2.-nature transformation usually deals with changing the physical properties of chakra into an element

We're going to look at non-elemental ninjutsu, so we're only going to use shape manipulation.
*Tosses you a few needles* Store them in your mouth, doesn't matter where. O_O Just store them, near your mouth.
Then use your chakra to get them in your mouth, then use your chakra to spit them out with extra power and accuracy.

Meh, some people were instantly getting Gray ava's and sigs when I got one. o.o So I got a completely unknown char for the time being

You must use your chakra to make sure I can't move. That's what you have to do. A side-effect of this is that I feel like I'm wrapped in steel wires: You don't have to do anything for that.
