The restaurant Chipotle? Trash Americanized version of Spanish food. Want some real Spanish food look into some small non chain restaurants around you if there's any. Here in Around Miami there are so many small restaurants that make Shipotle similiar to Taco Bell

My brother-in-law is from Bolivia and his favorite restaurant is Chiptole. I don't see it. Most of the Mexican places we have around here are Tex-Mex, which are very good. Chiptole is sterile, boring, and expensive. The best Mexican food I have was made by my friend's mother. Her family is from Guadalajara. A real tamale is pretty special.

Personally I like it but don't see the hype about it. The lines at the closest Chipotle to my place is always insane... I'd give the food 7/10
