No, the chapter will come out this week. That date (18th of May) is the official release date. We always get the chapter early (thanks to the raw providers who leak the scans), usually 4-5 days before the official release date.

Don't know about the rumours. First time hearing about it.

They meet sasuke that fast? i expected at least a chapter or two more until they meet sasuke.

Umm, no. If this happens, the story will slow down a lot. Sasuke is implied to be in close proximity to Konoha and it won't be long before Naruto and Sasuke meet up. If that period is stretched, the manga will become boring as there is nothing story wise to fill in the gap. Unless people are ok with Chocho's fantasies.
