I am talking about the chakra he pulled out earlier during the tug-of-war with Kurama with the aid of Kushina (This chakra was stored independently from Kurama).

I believe what Madara pulled out was Kurama only… and I emphasis again, Naruto may still gain access to 9 tails chakra.

In any case, Minato's 9 tails will eventually goes to Naruto one way or the other when the Edo Tensei No Jutsu ends.

Or maybe better! The last panel showing Naruto with a shocked face is actually a shadow clone!?

That is right .. I kinda forgot that the naruto that has been fighting obito/madara is a clone .. So that only means that naruto still must be somewhere else ..
