Are Ashura and Indra still in Naruto and Sasuke? Or did they leave their bodies, after they made peace?

Will the children of Naruto and Sasuke, inherit chakra from Ashura and Indra, due to Naruto or Sasuke being the father and having Ashura and Indra inside them (if that is still the case) or will they only inherit chakra from Naruto and Sasuke?

The rivalry ending and the curse of hatred ending, does not have to mean that the transmigrations to new vessels will stop.

The transmigration used to happen in the past because of the rivalry and the curse of hatred.
The transmigration can happen in the future for different reasons, like maintaining the peace.

The Reincarnation Cycle will end when Indra and Ashura achieve "Nirvana". That's how reincarnation works, as far as I know.

There is no evidence to support the notion that Ashura and Indra will stop reincarnating in this world. They have achieved one goal. To make peace with one another. Now they could linger to achieve a new one, or keep the peace as it is now.

You do not become a reincarnation, you are either born as one, or you are not. And if the reincarnation chakra could be passed down through your children, Tsunade would be partially an Ashura reincarnation since she is the granddaughter of Hashirama, the previous Ashura reincarnation
