Child/Children of the 1st Hokage?

Alright this (I'm sure this might have been posted before but I didn't bother searching) . Alright I want to know what happenedto the child/children of the 1st Hokage. They would have had to be op in my opinon I mean u had senju & uzumaki making a kid I would thing they would be crazy strong since ur taking 2 diluted bloodlines & more or less making the "sages body" whole. So please don't flame first post. But I would like to hear ur thoughts.

Tsunade is his Grandchild .. that Necklace which Tsunade use to wear is the proof shes grandchild of 1st ... enlighten urself before giving any suggestion to other ppl

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Mito, the first Jinjuuriki, Hashi's wife? This goes many ways: either, they had children who probably died in the war against the Uchiha clan, or their children went to other villages, or she might just had a daughter who did not really care much about being a Kunoichi... Tsunade is Hashi's grandchild by direct lineage otherwise she would not have inherited his special medical techniques and strength if she had been adopted...
