Kirin: Where's the ride, I don't see it anywhere!
Hoshi: What was with the sign?
???: I made it. Wasn't very hard.
Trio: ?!!
The trio turned and saw the two men with cloaks.
Man 1: So, you're the ones that took out our figurehead, Domu and his lacky.
Man 2: We need to make it even.
Kirin: I think they're trying to trick us!
Kusuri: Starting to get it, huh. Hoshi, you got your knives?
Hoshi: Yeah. Why?
Kusuri: I didn't bring my sword. I'm working on another type of combat for such an occasion, but I don't have it perfected it. So, I'm going to need your knife.
Hoshi took out her knives and passed one to Kusuri. They both flowed Chikara into the blades.
Man 1: So they're Astrals? Make sense how they beat Domu now.
Man 2: You should probably just restrain the guys.
Man 1 pulled off his gloves. A thick pink goo dripped from his fingertips.
Kusuri: What the hell?!
Man 1 raised his hands and spewed a huge wave of goo at them. Hoshi and Kusuri leapt out of the way. Kirin blocked with his arms, but the goo hit him and propelled him into a wall, forming a cocoon around him that trapped him against the wall. His head was exposed.
Kirin: What the hell is this stuff?!
Man 1: Bubblegum. When I propel my Chikara outwards, it can turn into bubblegum in the presence of oxygen, its my special power.
Kirin: Let me down!
Man 1: And why would I do that?
Kirin: I'm starving!
Man 1: This is the guy that beat Domu? What a joke.
He turned towards his partner.
Man 1: I'll handle this guy. You take the ones with the knives.
Man 2: No problem.
Man 1 started walking towards Kirin.
Kusuri: Follow my lead.
Hoshi extended the reach of her blade and followed Kusuri as he ran towards Man 2. Man 2 simply placed his hand on the wall.
Kusuri: High and low!
Kusuri slid across the ground, preparing to slice through the man's feet. Hoshi lunged, preparing to slice through his chest. Man 2 chuckled. Just as they got near him, he slipped into the wall. Kusuri and Hoshi flew past. Kusuri stood next to Hoshi.
Hoshi: Did he vanish?
Kusuri: He went into the wall! Is he intangible?!
Man 1: There's no way you can break out, boy. It may bubble gum, but it can withstand the hardest blows.
Kirin: Wait? It's bubble gum?! Perfect!
Kirin starting taking huge bites out of the gum.
Man 1: (Perfect...Keep eating...The poison'll kick in any second now...)
