Chihaya is considered a tomboy, as she is a very determined girl. She possesses very good reflexes, is outgoing and has a short temper. She is a little absent-minded, but has been said to at times, have an extremely keen focus. Giving her trust out easily, she leaves a window open for people to deceive her easily. Being easy-going, she is also very straightforward, saying the first thing that pops into her mind. Towards her rivals she is very competitive and determined to win. Even though she is beautiful, because of her personality, many people call her "beauty in vain."

Background Information┠┨基礎的な情報
History:
At a young age, Chihaya enjoyed training. She worked hard, training with her two best friends, Arata and Taichi. Together, they did everything, ranging from training to eating out. Training to become a ninja was her and her two best friends passion. Despite her beauty, all the boys of the academy looked at her with disappointment. Every time they seen the beautiful girl, she had mud on her face and was doing something not suited for a girl. Beauty in vain. Chihaya never cared what others thought of her and did what she enjoyed. Although, one sad night, Arata's clan (including his family) was murdered and without a second thought, the Hokage sent him to an orphanage in Sunagakure. Before he had left, Chihaya and Taichi made a promise with him, that they would each train their absolute hardest and become known in the ninja world. Then one day, all their hard work would pay off, when they would eventually meet during battle and be reunited once again.
