So Kakashi has New Normal Eye. That Means He can't
1. Use Chidori now : bcoz When he got Obito's eye, he said dat Obito's eye has completed his Jutsu(Chidori).He needed Speed with His Chidori Jutsu which he had gotten by Sharingan of Obito.
2.His Speed feat will be Reduced now.
3.But he has more chakra reserve now that he don't hv sharingan to drain his chakra (Only advantage). No bashing plz.

He can still use Raikiri, though he will tunnel vision when doing so. His speed won't decrease, he just won't have that precognition the Sharingan grants.

He can still do chidori just not as fast or as accurately as before and He can't predict the opponents next move with the accuracy of before.

Sharingan doesn't increase your speed, only your ability to pick up movements.

He can still use all the jutsu he copied without the sharingan. He just can no longer copy jutsu without it.

I'm pretty sure he can still use chidori with speed, but not effectively anymore since he lost his 'gan. Without that eye, he will experience tunnel vision while using chidori.

straight thrust raikiri is an assassination move... stab unnoticed from behind will do the job, do not face 2 face.. but still he can use other variation of it..

Yes he has been doing it WITH the Sharingan though, and even a shinobi with speed feats such as Minato has stated that using Chidori has more negatives than positives (without Sharingan's precog abilities). The Tunnel vision, and the fact that if he does it face to face, the enemy could easily counter the move if the distance is great enough.

Kakashi can use chidori in any form he wants, so there's no problem.

He just have to use it in a different way now.

Plus we don't even know if it's needed, since time has passed since he was a kid and he is probably way better nowadays.
