[Discussion] Chidori VS Rasengan

I have recently seen many threads about Chidori(Lightning blade) Vs Rasengan.
Questions in those threads are why they always cancel each other out. When jiraya stated that Rasengan would make Chidori look like child's play.

Why is this even comparable. Isn't canceling chidori feat enough to put rasengan above chidori. As Chidori is a perfect jutsu as It has both Chakra Form and Chakra nature. Whereas rasengan only has chakra form. Real comparison should be between WIND STYLE RASEN SHURIKEN and CHIDORI.

Rasengan just with shape manipulation is already an S-Jutsu where as chidori with shape and nature manipulation is an S-Jutsu as well. So it's clear which is better when nature manipulation is added to Rasengan.

logic was based on their respective levels. FORM+Nature is not equal to Form. That's why I did that.

No need to tell you are way behind on both manga and anime. Same prep time as chidori now with Kurama hands and etc. And when he is in SM healing is automatic

Rasengan=Chidori because they cancel. Rasengan is chakra form taken to the max. CHIDORI is chakra form and nature.RAIKIRI is chakra nature taken to the max mixed with chakra form. There is a distinct difference between raikiri and chidori. Raikiri is better and is ranked accordingly. Chidori isn't a perfect jutsu ether, it isn't the max of form or nature.

Rasengan is the highest form of spatial recomposition, so it's obvious that only a jutsu with spatial recompostion added to it, is equal to a jutsu with both spatial recompostion and elemental recomposition added to it.

Rasengan is way out of leauge for sasuke's chidori. Naruto and sasuke cancelled each other out when sasuke used both chakra form and nature manipulation, whereas naruto used only chakra form. If he had added nature manipulation to his rasengan he could just blast of sasuke, 'cause wind is superior to lightning. Its just that he is showing pity to sasuke.

In terms of difficulty, Both are A-ranked. I'd give chidori the edge since it requires an elemental nature.
