chidori vs rasengan

By current events one one can say that the fourth great shinobi war is going to end in next few months so naruto and sasuke are the going to have their final fight so i have one doubt when chidori goes against rasengan
As stated earlier by yamato wind chakra is superior to lighting[thunder] chakra so when ever narutos rasengan goes against sasukes chidori it should be a one sided contest coz naruto has even got wider chakra reserves than sasuke
BUT IT IS NEVER SHOWN THAT WAY. WHY? WHAT DOU YOU THINK

For Naruto's rasengan and Sasuke's chidori to clash with equal force, Naruto has to hold back. Wind is superior to Lightning in the Narutoverse, and as we all know, Naruto now has several different Rasengans. There are three main types of Naruto's rasengan.

• Chakra Rasengan
• Wind infused Rasengan
• Senjutsu Rasengan

The chakra rasengan can be the basic one, with just his normal chakra, a larger one with normal chakra or one with the Bijuu's chakra. If you haven't noticed, Naruto only uses the normal chakra rasengan against Sasuke's chidori because that's the only rasengan that won't overpower his. If Naruto uses any other rasengan against Sasuke's chidori, Sasuke will be the one to feel the impact. Even this small wind infused rasengan can overpower Sasuke's chidori:

It's just the plot anyway, even though Naruto has many other Rasengans that can overpower Sasuke's chidori, he's always shown using the basic one for the sake of displaying him and Sasuke as equals.

I think Sasuke and naruto are about even, because Sasuke has a perfect Susanoo(as hes the 2nd madara) and Naruto has Nine tail mode, but Rasengan isnt a wind based attack, its a pure Chakra based attack, and sasuke perfected chidori. but i think rasengan is still better, as naruto is probably slightly stronger.

Wind rasengan doesn't hurt naruto only rasenshuriken does wind rasengan vs chidori = naruto win

Base rasengan is equal to Chidori.

Its never shown because Sasuke would get stomped.
Giving Sasuke Raiton Rasengan wouldnt even help.
Giving him Fire Rasengan would be weird imo, cause it is Naruto his move.
So Sasuke is stuck with Chidori, a lightning attack for close range.
Maybe Kishi should come up with a longrange clash, where Sasuke could use fire and Naruto wind, to equal it out a bit.

we saw in the original naruto series that naruto's rasengan was stronger then sasukes chidori when kakashi sent them flying we saw the damage the rasengan did in compare to the damage chidori did

Chidori Sharp spear is weaker than Chidori.

It sacrifices damage for range.

the normal rasengan i believe has equal power to the chidori but when wind is applied then it is more powerful. naruto never used his wind style rasenshuriken against sasuke just his normal rasengan; which as we all know is just a ball of chakra
