Chidori usage

Okay, so lately I began wondering something: it's about Sasuke's chidori usage. When Sasuke fought Naruto (part 1) he suddenly remembered about when Kakashi told him that his limit was two chidoris, and if you try to force a technique that you don't have enough chakra to, it Will drain your chakra down to zero, in worst scenario you'll die; but when Sasuke fought Naruto he used chidori three times. He should have died during that third chidori, because his chakra should had reached down to zero?

He becomes stronger, and learns to use chidori also his chakra levels improve.Anyway its like kakashi can only use his ms 2 or 3 times and in the war he spamming it like 10 times even before the kyubi gave him the chakra.
