As in the program I used? Photoshop, though it's not a computer generated effect but actual drawn frames I made on a tablet.

Prolly should put that in the OP.

The fact that it's hand drawn makes it good. I recommend using effects. It'll do better work.

Am gonna put a light source instead of raw lightning to imitate the part 1 version. Will see how it goes.
