it's said that raikiris stronger but i dont understand how...

cos kakashi pre-sharingan used chidori, and when he attained the sharingan he changed it to raikiri due to being able to change his direction. so why isnt sasukes chidori, a raikiri if he possesses the 3-tomoe-sharingan?

That's because the difference is subtle, it may look the same but they are not the same power, the Databooks themselves confirm this.

Sasuke was able to touch the raigake and made a wound.

It was just said that once Kakashi slice or so lightining and rename the justu.

How would he improved his ability because of that? It's just happened and Sasuke was able to that to Raikage.

When they "fought" they were about to hit each other with exactly the same form of lightining if Naruto wasn't on hurry.

how is sasuke faster than kakashi?:flaw: anyway,kakashi's raikiri is a much stronger verion of chidori,when he first tested it,he cut a lightening bolt(like kirin only more natural) in half which is why it is named lightening blade. If kakashi had hit the raikage with a raikiri,it would do more that a little pinchxd. So his raikiri is eaily above sasuke's chidori,not to mention that raiton is his innate affinity,which is why he was able to advance chidori to raikiri.
