No he's not right. He's using a different element entirely to hype raiton. Storm release is not the same as raiton, that's like saying Lava release is the same as katon, or ice release is the same as suiton.

Inconsistent as hell. Tsunade's punch destroyed Madara's PS, but TBB didn't rip suckske apart? WTF, kishimoto? How about a little consistency? Or is the author trying to equate a Tsunade punch to TBB in terms of destructive power? Talk about nerfing Naruto's abilities.
