I truly doubt he would've done anything. He literary could've thrown that chair despite the girl, it was just to scare her, and the teacher clearly knew that he was just being a dumb ****. I mean if you look closely you can see that the chair was extremely close to her head, and the boy himself was also close at multiple points, yet he didn't do anything. The worst thing that could've happened was for her to lose the job.

These kids are likely in some kind of special education class. Notice the one kid actually has a security officer that's supposed to be with him(I'd imagine all of them do). Notice how they all dropped the teacher's stuff and ran to their desks once the officer got there.

Still, poor teacher. Why even let these hoodlums stay in school at this point? It's clear they don't belong in that setting, so let them work at McDonald's and flip burgers.
