Hello there. New member here, not to be confused with the lineup of returnees preceding this thread.
I've lurked this place for some months, generally giving it a once-over while I'm here for my weekly Naruto fix. Didn't have much motivation to join, given how most of the discussion looks like the fallout of some sort of bizarre nuclear shipping war over a series that has **** all to do with romance, but my occasional desire to comment on certain things has slowly built up into the motivation to make an account. Now I have. Brilliant, right?
Well, in addition to bothering whoever actually spends their time watching the welcome board, I'm also here with the ulterior motive of finding out what permissions I have with a brand new account here on this forum. So, if you'll excuse me...
