Interesting and a good read. I am not quite convinced with the Rinnegan points, as Rinnegan, despite developing from EMS for Madara, hasn't displayed any of its original properties, especially Copy Wheel features, or Pre-Cognition. I am not not sure whether you are implying that the Chakra division pre-birth was a conscious action on Kaguya's part as there is no evidence in this regard. It seems rather coincidental in regards to the workings of the two opposing energies entering in twin siblings - Ashura and Indra are implied to be twins, unless the manga alters this.
The twins in Japanese culture represent a part of the whole, where the younger twin is considered the actual entity who allows the first to be born. Which could explain the whole 'Light' and the nonsensical 'cooperation' themes associated with Ashura. Anyhow, I mostly agree on Sharingan evolution other than the duel features, as if genjutsu is taken out, the Sharingan has no other feature other than being a copy wheel.
It simply appears to be a tool that copies all the information observed by the eyes and then records it, allowing for the user to select which feature to observe, which to counter, which to access. That's how I see it anyway. Good job.
