By enjoined similarities, from the keys of the congregation, the branches hold the fruit necessary for revealing the seeds of the soul which are kept upon the tree; a withered leaf in the periphery holds the power to discover the contents within the fruit, deciding if is to be kept upon the tree and remain esoteric or fall by the winds that create its route. The physical self and the spiritual self become interlace throughout the body to create chakra, energy capable of producing paranormal effects. This energy follows a strict framework and is a system: it can only be made at any single [given] time in occurrence to the body’s stamina, and it is contained in 361 nodes or tenketsu [

Fire, Wind, Lighting, Earth, and Water are the five and among the basic types of elements out of the six Seishitsu Henka’s or Nature Transformations: chakra, the physical and spiritual energies, sculpted into a strain(s) or ratio(s) of chakra—usually within the Keirakukei—that coincides with an individual’s own strain of chakra and/or the types of chakra learnt and altered in its properties and characteristics to take upon the behavior and appearance of another substance or energy. The sixth type of Seishitsu Henka or Nature Transformation is Yang: physical energy governing vitality and the basis of Yang Release, and Yin: spiritual energy governing imagination and basis of Yin Release. A combinative type of chakra can only be created by those who have a bodily constitution(s) and a particular strain or strains of chakra rather than a certain gift or particular strains of chakra; these bodily constitutions which when combined with a strain or strains chakra can create advancements to the six types of Seishitsu Henka or Nature Transformation. - Enton, the Seishitsu Henka or Nature Transformation of Amaterasu, is comprised of Katon (‘Fire’) and likely Inton (‘Yin’) as the Sharingan itself has an affinity to Yin due to the Uchiha inheriting their ancestor’s powerful spiritual energy.
- The Seishitsu Henka or Nature Transformation of Mokuton is comprised of Doton (‘Earth’) and Suiton (‘Water’) due to Hashirama’s bodily constitution and strains of chakra.
Genjutsu is the internal use of chakra: chakra used to alter another’s perception of reality by changing the data relayed in an individual or individual’s cranial nerves through inserting one’s own chakra flow into the brain of another creating illusions. Genjutsu is Yin, chakra altered into a composition comprised of a higher ratio of spiritual energy than physical energy—imagings are given form in the brain of the recipient; and theoretically, the effects of Genjutsu can be made stronger by adjusting the ratio of physical energy used in the technique.
- Tsukuyomi is a Genjutsu capable of altering time and space; for theoretical purposes, its ratio is 9:1, the antecedent is spiritual energy and is 9, and the consequent is physical energy and is 1. Basically, the percentage of Tsukuyomi’s composition, out of 100%, is 90% spiritual energy and 10% physical energy—this is Itachi’s Tsukuyomi or the unaltered version. [

- Tsukuyomi, when the physical energy is altered in its composition, becomes a stronger Genjutsu and an almost entirely new technique capable of being constructed as a barrier that slows down people. Its ratio, unlike before, is now 6:4, the antecedent is spiritual energy and is 6, and the consequent is physical energy and is 4. Basically, the percentage of the altered Tsukuyomi’s composition, out of 100%, is 60% spiritual energy and 40% physical energy—this has potentially be Sasuke’s or Madara’s Tsukuyomi. [

Taijutsu are basic techniques referring to any technique involving martial arts; Taijutsu is exercised by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training—chakra is not required for Taijutsu but may be utilized internally to increase an individual’s strength or speed. ] Kaguya had a son who was born with the powerful chakra that was of the fruit: Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki or the Sage of the Six Paths; a mythical and vital figure who was the first born human with chakra. He possessed extremely powerful amounts of physical energy and spiritual energy, and these energies combined to help Hagoromo ‘know’ chakra. The Rinnegan was created of these energies and with Hagoromo, and its power enabled Hagoromo to understand chakra, allowing him to develop a philosophy for it. With his knowledge and concept of chakra, Hagoromo travelled the world and taught his philosophy of chakra to others, this philosophy would develop into a sect which in time, after amassing a substantial following, would then become Ninjutsu; and all the while, the tree, the Shinji, had transform into a beast ravaging the lands until it recover what was stolen from it: the fruit. Hagoromo defeated this beast, sealing it into himself, becoming renowned as a God in the process; sometime later, Hagoromo would have two children, an elder son and a younger son; both, would receive only a portion of the fruit’s—Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki’s and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki’s—power.- The Elder Son received the extremely powerful spiritual energy and chakra of the fruit and of his Father. Of the prodigious battle-hardened clan, the Uchiha, have a unique body constitution: Sharingan; a Kekkei Genkai produced by the brain releasing a chakra into those of the Uchiha who have inherited; the chakra of their ancestors and the Shinji. [
Read this carefully: this chakra, the energies that produce the Sharingan, only exists in those of the Uchiha who have inherited the fruit’s chakra; eaten by Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and inherited by her son, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, produce an absurdly powerful Yin chakra, which then affect the inheritors optic nerves creating the Sharingan; it also intertwines with the individual’s preexisting own powerful chakra that they have received from Hagoromo. This ancestral chakra can only be invoked by a sufficiently strong emotional response.
The Sharingan consists of two-parts: insight and hypnosis; both of which are—as emphasized before—products from the fruit of the Shinji that allow—as they originated directly from the source of chakra—the decryption of chakra and the partial expression of the spiritual side to physically exist.
The insightfulness of the Sharingan provides the user of the eyes particular powers: to see chakra flow, to perceive the Keirakukei or Inner Coils, to color chakra allowing the wielder to distinguish them and tell the use of Genjutsu, as chakra flow in the Inner Coils would be irregular; clairvoyance, extreme perceptiveness, allowing recognition and memorization of Genjutsu, the different strains or ratios of chakra seen, meticulous information or movement captured, which progresses into the ability to track fast-moving objects, that morphs into ‘prediction’; and the ability to ‘copy’ abilities—an extension of the Sharingan’s ability to memorize movement and see the Inner Coils. The hypnotism of the Sharingan also provides the user of the eyes particular powers: inducing a unique brand of hypnotism that suggests actions and thoughts, and invokes paralysis, or sleep to another by Genjutsu through eye contact from individuals. The hypnotic ability of the Sharingan, when used in conjunction, with its abilities to ‘predict’ and ‘copy’, allows the user of the eyes to falsify the future by suggesting actions to a person already known and implementing those actions exactly when the person does, making it appears as if they are predicting the future. The abilities of the Sharingan are represented by tomoe; the higher the number, the stronger its insightfulness and hypnotism become; and to achieve its next, stronger, form, so must the emotions invoked be: Mangekyō Sharingan.
*It should be understood that the powers of the Sharingan are not automatic; they must be turned on by its user. Moreover, it should be understood that the ‘copy’ function of the Sharingan copies everything, from Ninjutsu to the Kaguya’s clan Shikotsumyaku, to Mū’s and Ōnoki’s Jinton, to Haku’s Kekkei Genkai. The ‘copy’ function has no limits; it memorizes every movement no matter how microscopic. The Sharingan cannot however reproduce these ‘copied’ abilities without the means to. Again, read carefully, the Sharingan cannot reproduce what the wielder of the eyes does not have—giving additional weight to why Orochimaru, and Kabuto want the Sharingan. Furthermore, it should also be understood that the Sharingan and its powers are in their best effect when used with those who are the Uchiha rather than a non-Uchiha. And again since jutsu are composed of chakra the higher the quality the stronger the effects of the technique.
*The Sharingan is entirely composed of the potent chakra residing in the fruit of the Shinji, the herald of chakra. So, I do not think it would be too far-fetch to speculate that the tomoe of the Sharingan are the ‘will’ of its user, whereas, the Sharingan is simply the ability to understand the structure of chakra, the system of it, as it is only the ‘spiritual’ portion of the Shinji’s fruit.
The Mangekyō Sharingan is the next stage, a stronger form of the Sharingan; it is likely produced by the brain releasing a substantial amount of specialized chakra, Inton (‘Yin’), by experiencing an extreme emotional stimuli or a severe traumatic experience, such as feeling the emotion of losing a loved one or feeling exceptionally exalted; the Uchiha have used the former method, killing those closest to them, as a means of attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, creating a rather grim history for the Clan. The Mangekyō Sharingan differs from a Sharingan in its presentation; appearing as a pinwheel that is distinct among its users, and providing the user of the eyes with strengthen insightfulness and hypnosis and several other powers. These ‘other’ powers of the Mangekyō Sharingan can be viewed as ‘wills’. Much like their ancestor, Hagoromo, who possessed the ability to express a thought, the spiritual side as a physical manifestation or the creation of form from nothingness, the Uchiha’s Mangekyō Sharingan allows a similar feature, as like Hagoromo, they have chakra from the fruit of the Shinju: the herald of chakra which holds the greatest chakra of all as evidence by Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki ability to end wars and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki ability to defeat the Jūbi. However, unlike Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki who possessed the fruit’s spiritual and physical properties, the Uchiha only possess the fruit’s spiritual properties, thus, in order to project their ‘wills’, the Mangekyō Sharingan must expend the user’s physical energy or life-force as collateral, causing the deterioration and blindness of the eyes that overshadows the strengthen insightfulness and hypnosis the Mangekyō Sharingan provides its user with. This illness of the eyes is only curable by transplanting another Mangekyō Sharingan that is compatible with one’s own anatomy, creating the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
*Example 1a: Upon entering Kumogakure to capture the Eight-Tails, Taka confronted a lone ninja; Sasuke using his Mangekyō Sharingan, Genjutsu this person into telling Taka where the location of the Eight-Tails was [32]; signaling the Mangekyō Sharingan can boost the effect of the Sharingan’s hypnotism. After finding the Jinchūriki of the Eight-Tails, Killer B, Taka engages it; and sometime in the fight, Sasuke uses his Mangekyō Sharingan to bound the Jinchūriki with a Genjutsu, which is a strengthen, enhanced version of the Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu, a Sharingan Genjutsu. *Example 1b: Sasuke in his fight against Danzō used his Mangekyō Sharingan to two Genjutsu upon the Leaf’s elder; the first use was a simple illusion measured inadequate to Tsukuyomi, the only known Genjutsu capable of altering another’s sense space and time; the second Genjutsu casted unto Danzō was made successful due to the Mangekyō Sharingan augmented the Sharingan’s insightfulness and hypnosis. The strengthen insightfulness the Mangekyō Sharingan allowed, enabled Sasuke to see the last eye of Danzō’s Izanagi to close before the caster [
*Example 1c-1f: Leaving the cavern from recovery and arriving into a meadow, Sasuke—after slaying several others—Genjutsu’d a Zestu clone with his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan inducing upon the clone a hypnosis which told Sasuke, by his demand, what he needed. [
Madara in his battle with the Gokage, incapacitated Ē with a Genjutsu from his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. Through paralysis Ē was unable to move. [
Sasuke was able to gauge the chakra flow of Naruto and adjust his ratio of chakra for a combinative attack. [
Sasuke was able to track Obito as the Ten-Tails Jinchūriki, a substantial improvement of the Sharingan’s insightfulness, specifically, its clairvoyance. The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan further increases clairvoyance, the ability to see and memorize chakra strains/ratios and movements. [
The composition of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan is the acclimation of two Mangekyō Sharingan: the chakra that allowed the Sharingan to be produced firstly is the incredible chakra and spiritual energy of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, who gained this from his mother, who in turn, gained this from the fruit of the Shinji; this power is now amplified in an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan immensely as it is a twin and product of the fruit’s unbelievable chakra that likely augments its user’s physical energy, forbidding from going blind.
