Chelsea had pale skin, orange-brown hair, and red eyes. She wore a butterfly headphone accessory on her head. She wore a vocalist-like clothing consisting of a white long sleeve shirt with the collar tied with a red ribbon under a black vest a red checkered mini skirt, and black leather below-the-knee boots. She carries her kit wherever she goes which consists of many different flavors of lollipop, which she likes to suck.

She has a mischievous personality, likes to joke around more often to keep people around her happy. She also has a cold calculating side which can often lead to her making blunt (but accurate) analysis of a person or situation. She deeply cares about her comrades and helps them to become more realistic, as she deeply cares for them and don't want to lose them like she lost her old friends, with whom she had a deep bond.
She is also pretty clever and is always interested in observing people around her. As she had a really painful past, she desires for peaceful world.

Chelsea was born in a small village near Sunagakure, in a middle class family. From her childhood itself she was pretty smart and hence was recruited as an assistant by an officer who used to directly work under daimyō. This officer took joy out of hunting people and taking lives of innocent civilians. Under this oppression, she started becoming nihilistic until she came across a scroll about 'History of Konohagakure and Hashirama's will of Fire' in the basement of daimyō. She decided to find peace her own way and resigned her job.
Soon third hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi dismissed the cruel officer which made Chelsea trust the ninja system and made her to become shinobi. She joined Konoha academy and started learning basic ninjutsu and took elemental training.
She soon graduated from Konoha academy with high marks in all fields, but she was specifically skilled in transformation jutsus, giving her the nickname, 'the girl with thousand appearances'.
Soon after graduating she was forced into fourth shinobi world war, where she lost many of her comrades including Mine and Tatsumi.
Once when she was walking through the village, she stumbled across an application opened up by 'Mandalore clan' for new members. She decided to joined the clan and asked clan leader, Excālibur for permission. Excālibur soon gave her permission and she became part of Mandalore clan and finally found a place where she belongs. The armor of Mandalore clan typically attracted her and hence with the help of clan leader she worked on her own armor, after a lot of thought.
She also set up a new dream in front of her, dream of becoming 'legendary Kunoichi'.

She always found fire a really destructive and powerful element and hence always practiced Fire jutsu really hard, even in her battles, she was well known for her fire usage. She soon gained mastery over katon making her capable of performing most of the fire techniques using single handseal.
Mandalorian techniques:
After joining Mandalore clan, she worked on her Mandalore clan armor tirelessly and after taking various factors into consideration and after working on each and every minute detailing she designed her armor.

She also carries a sword along with her sometimes, which she named as 'Mine', based upon her former friend which died in third Shinobi world war, while protecting Konoha.
Ninja tools:
She also carries various ninja tools along with her including kunai, flash tagged kunai, explosive tagged kunai, Shuriken, explosive tags, flash bombs smoke bombs, several meters of wire, and a few scrolls used for storage etc.
