Cheese is a food loved worldwide and as cheese addicted i choose this flavour to share with you some details about the cheese's world.

It's easy to change the taste of any dish by adding the right cheese, a rainbow of tastes, from mild to pungent, helping chefs in their culinary art.

The only problem of any cheese is it will easily become stinky.

Cheese is an awesome discovery of humanity. Milk, as white and highly in nutrients food, cannot be stored by natural methods. But i can imagine our ancestor putting in a clay pot some milk and finding it after few days in a changed consistency and taste, not bad but different. And i can tell the one who made the first cheese, most probably the cottage cheese, wasn't a genius. It is just so easy to make than i can do it myself.
The steps from that to the full matured cheese like Parmiggiano is a story to tell in a classroom and i am sure no one have so much patience to read it.

At endgame we will have a poll of the MVP in this game and may the best cheese win
