ya getting that proper flow take alot of practice you just gotta relax listen to the beat alot b4 you start till you kinda sync up with it then spit and if you make a mistake and brake from it dont be afraid to stop and start again till you get it right cuz it is one of the most important thing if you do not flow with the beat even the best rap will sound bad
