Shallot had stumbled into an unfamiliar location. Chasing down his target, he had finally caught up to him in an enclosed forest. Trees and vines spread all around, with little room to move. Shallot stood face to face with the man, his eyes deadly focused, evident by the veins forming around them.
Type: Supplementary Rank: C Range: Short-Long Chakra: 15 (+5 per turn to keep active) Damage: N/A Description: The Kekkei Genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop its unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it. Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Shallot lunged at the man with full speed, his right knee forward with his right arm back and left hand forward. He began his strike on the enemy with a right-handed two-finger pronged attack at the man's neck, followed by accelerated movement to the man's torso with an additional two-finger pronged attack with his left hand. Without wasting a moment, he continued the accelerated speed assault with 2 more strikes at each shoulder, 4 more strikes along the man's ribs, 8 more strikes along his stomach, and 16 final quick strikes at the man's sternum and chest. Each successive hit pushed the man further back until he was pinned against the trunk of a mossy tree behind him.
Type: Offensive Rank: B Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: 40 Description: A maneuver that in effect is akin to a halved variant of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms but is able to be performed at 1.5x the user's current speed and accordingly, halts the flow of chakra that circulates in thirty-two tenketsu of the foe's chakra pathway system. The recipient of this move will be rendered unable to use more than 50 chakra in individual attacks, which includes those with applied passives, for three turns. Beyond that effect, the usage of this maneuver will reduce the victim's chakra supply and any accumulated senjutsu chakra by 10% for two turns.
The victim would most likely realize his own chakra system be affected, limiting his function, but not in time for him to react against Shallot adding one final move towards the man in immediate succession to his previous Tai assault. However, unlike the previous strikes, which focused on internal strikes, this final attack on the man's stomach was aimed to simply knock him downwards towards the floor. Shallot would aim his right knee to the man's stomach, which would immediately cause him to have the wind knocked out of him and facing down. He would follow with a right elbow to the man's already lowered head, falling unconscious to the ground.
Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short Chakra cost: N/A Damage points: 60 Description: The user strikes the enemy with a powerful knee to the stomach, causing them to double over and he finishes with a strong elbow from the alternating arm to the back of the head. If successful, it will render the target unconscious for 2 turns.
As the man lay unconscious, Shallot gathered the unconscious body and tied him up. He would then drag him out of the forest.

He had to be fucking kidding lol Tsumigakure's Calamity would never. Could never. It was a wild thought all in itself to be fair, almost wild enough that I was nearly caught off guard when you lunged at me. See you lunge, seemingly aiming to attack with your fingers coming towards my neck, I'd do a couple of things at once. I'd let out a swift surge of chakra throughout the ground, which would cause the short range radius around me to nigh instantly turn black, having it's effecst immediately begin acting on the man. Suddenly your weight would raise by 50 fold, bringing you down to the ground, kneeling face down to me, if you will. Not only were you effected, but every single thing connected to you would have its singular weight boosted by 50 fold also, adding an enormous amount of weight to your overall body. This would not only cause you to be face down on the ground, but it would leave you struggling to move your body. That wasn't the only effect the technique gifted the ground. Attached to the initial earth technique was a Yang ability which would take effect upon you also. Spiritual techniques to a certain degree would be stripped from your use, while your overall speed was halved and 50 chakra points burned away directly from your chakra pool.
Simultaneously to me releasing the surge of chakra through the ground, I'd be balancing my center of gravity whilst throwing a highly accurate spear type motion at your incoming arm with my right hand. My strike allowed me hand to weave slightly past your fingers (the outside) to hit your wrist area as you moved forward; Essentially hitting a specific point that left the arm unusable for the time being as I took a step back.

Description:
Gifuto bāto is a technique based directly from the added weight techniques used from Iwagakure, though with this variant the user applies the affects to a specific area. To be exact, the user fills the ground within a short range radius around himself with Doton chakra to create a dark circular zone which holds the affects of the technique. Anyone/anything that steps into the darkened area would suddenly have their weight increased substantially, forcing them to the ground from the weight + gravity pulling them down. Touching the area would send the doton chakra through the victims legs, weighing the legs down first as it swiftly spreads through the rest of the body. The newfound weight of the victim(s) would be enough to even break the ground (×50, half the weight of the S-rank weight Jutsu), essentially burying them into the rock as they're pinned down. The affects don't stop at just the person/thing the weight is applied to, but also everything on that person. This means if a Shinobi wielding weapons and such were to step into Gifuto bāto, not only would their bodies be affected by the weight change, but any weapon directly connected would also be weighed down. Though very affective for detaining people, this technique has its flaws and openings just as any other. The affects are only applied if someone touches the darkened area, thus objects/people/animals flying over it wouldn't be affected unless they landed. This leaves openings for projectiles or airborne opponents to reach the user without being affected.
Note: Usable twice but can only last a total of 4 turns. i.e. The first use lasted 3 turns, the second use would logically only last 1 turn.

Type: Supplementary Rank: S Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A (+50 to applied techniques) Damage: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental techniques with Yang chakra in order to create a more versatile and dangerous Ninjutsu. When the user uses an elemental Ninjutsu of any kind, he'd also fill it with additional yang chakra in order to add on to how the technique would react to coming into contact with its target. On the exterior, nothing would seem different within the elemental technique, though a chakra sensor or doujutsu would be able to notice the build up of additional "heat" within the technique. Once the technique hits a target, the yang chakra would take on aspects of ( Yoton: Byako ) - Yang Release: White Tiger. Specifically it would take on the "burning" effects of Yang chakra; Burning away chakra inside of a person hit equal to the additional chakra added into the elemental technique (50). This causes an imbalance within the victims chakra system and the yang chakra would cause negative effects over a span of time that depends on the rank technique that they came into contact with. The imbalance in the chakra system causes the victims to lose the ability use Yin/spiritual based abilities S-rank or higher while diminishing their speed by half. These effects are something that don't have the same strength on Yang specialists due to them having a keen mastery over have Yang chakra in their systems. To reflect this, they'd still be able to use ant spiritual/Yin techniques bar forbidden rank, and their speed would only lessen by 1/4. Note: Effects last 1 turn for D/C-rank techniques, 2 turns for B/A-rank techniques, and 3 turns for S-rank techniques. Note: Can only be used 2 times, lasting 4 turns per use, effecting all techniques during that period. Note: Needs a 2 turn cool down before using again.
