Wait so when black's complain about being mistreated, they aren't told to be quiet because they still have problems in their neighborhoods? Of course the media outlets are going to stir the pot and race bait, but does anyone actually care?

When Hispanics complain about how much physical labor they do compared to how much they make, aren't they told to be quiet because they're probably illegal anyway? Does anyone actually care?

When Muslims complain about facing social injustice simply because of how they look and how they are perceived, aren't they told to be quiet because they are blamed the wrong-doings of radicals?

Everyone can have privilege at any given time, but thanks to my majority status most of the time I'm dealing with my people. If i was dealing with a black cop/business owner then I can just as easily be discriminated against.

Because the privilege is not on the same level. Plus, white privilege effectively hurts minority communities or minorities as a whole.
Think about it this way. Say in Detroit a white family opens up a huge factory that can hire 5 thousands new employees. 60% of these people he hires are white, 20% are black, 10% are hispanic, and the other 10% is 'other'(Because there's always an other in these fancy stats). This is simple a factory, so work experience is not necessary.

Would you not see anything wrong with this?
