As they are now they don't really look like the actual characters. Practice the anime style more and don't rush. Try finding tutorials on how to draw certain characters and use the techniques you see for other things. You got a long way to go.

When I first started drawing, I was exactly the same as you. I'd go straight into the drawings and rush to get the outcome with excitement. It's normal to be proud of your work as an artists, since artists can't help but fall in love with their work - but that's when they lose concentration on the flaws of their work... So maybe a solution is that you could just leave the drawing for a bit then come back to it later and compare it again. This'll help a lot. Most importantly take your time, and keep practising.

And as the person above said, search up the techniques! Try them out, see which one fits you the most. They can be very helpful.

Good work for now but you'll improve :)
