i started a chatting thread because, you know, the forum is called chatterbox. and we need more chattering in said forum.

so everyone, tell us your nickname and an animal that starts with the same letter your name starts (1st grade FTW).

That's a chat with no purpose aka pure spam. If you want to create a thread with a certain topic for off-topic chat you can, but don't make it a random free for all chat thread to waste server space.

If we need it we would let those thousands of adbot posts remain as well.
