Two Paramecia gods going at it, Sharlotte with her Soul-Soul no mi and Shiki with his Float-Float no mi, who do you think would come out on top; BTW, Prometheus and Zeus are allowed in this fight.

In the case, you didn't know how Shiki's demon fruit works, it's basically telekinesis except it doesn't affect living beings similar to how the Soul fruit only works on inanimate objects. Oh, and Shiki has both legs.

But he Challenged Rogers and went 1v2 against Garp and Sengoku. Shiki and WB were pals, they had no reason to dddd duel.

It was never implied that Shiki and WB were pals.
Shiki like any other pirate wants to rule the sea and conquer everything(as seen when he tried to form a partnership with Roger).
If he was strong enough then a similar offer would have been given to WB.

The problem is that based on the hype he received and some feats like fighting and Sengoku and challenging Roger. He might have a fighting chance, But he got nerfed super hard when Luffy beat him.

So it would be anywhere between very hard win for Shiki to curbstomp by Big Mom

NO such a thing as controlling all elements, this is not Naruto bruh. I think he has to touch an object before he can float it or apply the force to it in Star wars terms.

What I meant is, he shaped lions out of the wind and water and earth around him in strong world right? So if he touches his surroundings he can pretty much manipulate and make shapes any way he wants right?

That might work against low-tier chars like Luffy maybe, but a top-tier would not be phased by such trivial acts.

The movie wasn't canon. So we cant judge his whole power level just by that. He might as well have the ability to furnish his landscape as his mind wants to, given his ridiculous over-the-top hype. No matter if he had allies or not, he was still confident he could beat that Roger.

By that logic, I've no trouble thinking him touching the ground and raising it into walls and towers and bedrock dragons and whatsoever creativity allows. If he indeed does that, I can't see prometheus striking him. Nor is zeus.

I think Oda had to nerf his DF otherwise it would've been a bit broken. His offensive is lacking, but then again so is Linlin's without her Haki.

Im talking about shaping entire islands to masterpieces. I'm saying the movie isnt canon in the sense that he lost against straw hats who didnt even have haki at that point. But his powers are canon since it has been stated he is the "flying pirate" somewhere in the manga.

What does flying Pirate has to do with shaping islands/ coating and stuff. He never showed any feat in manga where he lifted an island. Otherwise he would have destroyed MF completely.
Another thing is that Chapter zero came out just before the movie. It was specifically said at the end that Shiki was planning something and his lackeys need few years to do that. Movie showed exactly what they were planning.
Regarding Haki and stuff;
it wasn't a full proof concept pre TS. That's why we didn't see Moria or Crocodile using Haki pre TS even though they fought top tier guys and managed to escape from their fight.
