Remember God Valley Incident which happened 38yrs back when Rocks pirates ultimately lost to Roger n Garp.

Now note some of the Big Mom Pirates age;
1)Charlotte Linlin- 68yrs.
2)Perospero - 50yrs.
3)Triplets(Katakuri, Oven & Daifuku) - 48yrs.
4)Brulee - 43yrs.

Which means all these kids were born around Rocks era and most prolly were traveling with Big Mom when she was Rocks pirate. Making them a part of Rocks crew

I guess they were there when Rock's perished in God's Valley Incident.

Based on that, no. There is no mention or suggestion of them anywhere near the incident in the manga that can say they were part of them.
