It's as it should be but Idk... You could tell he wanted his death. Said he wouldn't plead for insanity, was his own lawyer, didn't really attempt to testify for himself. He thinks of himself as a martyr for his cause against non-whites so dying is what he wants. People like him don't deserve life but they also don't deserve to have what they want.

Who decides the form of death, if you get the death penalty? Electric Chair or Lethal Injection, is that it or is there other forms in America.

It depends on which state your in. Had this incident happened exactly 10 years ago, it would have been possible for him to be hung for his execution. That doesn't really answer question, but it's a pleasant thought and punishment that would have been very fitting. :heh:

Death by rope. So each state has preferences on how to kill someone?

Each state has a preference and then prisoners are given an option. Here's a break down;

Since he was tried and prosecuted in South Carolina, he has the choice between lethal injection or electrocution.

He'd probably choose lethal injection.

Apparently there were lethal injection controversies few years back. People were complaining victim felt burns internally meaning it is not "painless" as former believed.

Former Executioner:

If I had a choice, I would choose death by electrocution. That's more like cutting your lights off and on. It's a button you push once and then the machine runs by itself. It relieves you from being attached to it in some ways. You can't see the current go through the body. But with chemicals, it takes a while because you're dealing with three separate chemicals. You are on the other end with a needle in your hand. You can see the reaction of the body. You can see it going down the clear tube. So you can actually see the chemical going down the line and into the arm and see the effects of it. You are more attached to it. I know because I have done it. Death by electrocution in some ways seems more humane.

Nothing really painless when it comes to death penalty execution. But why should people care if he feels burns? It's and an execution not a massage.

Threw his whole life away for killing 9 people in hopes of stirring up something major. Couldn't even succeed at one thing in his life it seems. To think innocents are killed on the regular in an attempt to get some kind of message across. What a shame. Whelp, he won't be anything but a distant memory soon enough.

Remind me again why there is no "lynching, beheading and gun" executions in America...

Cause they want to give mercy killings, when there's no such thing to begin with. Who knows you can't ask the person who got killed how it felt.
