Charles is shown to be cool and calm amongst his comrades cracking jokes sometimes in between things or laughing a bit. But when it comes to battles, his eyes turn red in color and becomes totally opposite of what he is when he just hangs around with his friends. Charles is shown to be quick in battle as well as merciless when it comes to killing of opponents. Even though he gets hurt in battles and is in verge of death, he has this personality that he should never give up. Charles thinks twice before trying to attempt a move, he tries to analyze the situation and the powers of his opponent to make sure he has almost full success rate to defeat his opponent. He can't​

Background Info​

Charles Francis Xavier is a member of Uchiha clan, one of the most famous clan in the Land of Fire. When he was sent to the Academy, he topped up all the time due to the fact him being an Uchiha and being very intelligent. After becoming a Genin, he started to take up missions which were simple and performed very tactically and skillfully. With his powers, he managed to graduate to Chuunin at the age of 14. One day, he was given a dangerous mission to do. He had to wander to some forest and search for the person, but he was stopped by a ninja and was challenged. The battle went for very long, finally, Charles fell on his knees with immense anger and rage, he managed to awake the One Tomoe before going unconscious. After a few days in the hospital, he was surprised of the fact that he gained a new power and tested it. To his excitement, he felt chakra signatures in front of him, this eye granted a lot of power to him. But on the same side, due to his defeat in the battle, he also had the will to become one of the most powerful ninja in the world.

Lightning Specialist: Due to Charles being very keen in the Lightning element as it is very quick and powerful, he practiced daily without fail and achieved a power which made him capable of performing all lightning techniques in a single hand seal. He is also totally immune to Chidori Nagashi,.

Fire Affinity: Being a member of the Uchiha clan, Charles has an affinity towards Fire element granting him the power to perform all the hand seals faster than a ordinary shinobi.

Sharingan: Due to the brute experience Charles went through, he finally awoke the Sharingan and currently has the first stage of it. 1 Tomoe while he going through the 2nd stage training.​
