My choice is Kimimaro. The guy was a beast. He fought Kyubi-Naruto, Lee, and Gaara back-to-back, and was not killed by any of them. He did all this while he was dying of a disease.

Reread the fight. Kimimaro died of his disease right as he was about to kill Gaara. Gaara did not deliver the killing blow.

In all honestly I think it could've went two ways one way witch was normal one kimmi kills gaara gaara dies there for the sand drops there for lee is killed by being pierced by the bones

At the time it was said once gaara loses consciousness the one tails comes out automatically hence why gaara was trying to put himself to sleep during chunin exams now with tht being said kimmimaru move would've knocked gaara out resulting too the one tails coming out (bigger then ever cuz there was already a sea of sand before) and it would've killed kimmimaru and rocklee..
