Characters you wish had more screentime/development and had the most potential

Ramen guys daughter..id love to see more of her...hehe.but for real giving a non ninja screen time would give naruto that 2 worlds vibe kinda like bleach.

I wish we could have seen more of sasuke too..he doesnt even get half as much screen time as naruto

For potential it would have to be neji. Beating a sound 5 ninja at 13 one on one with long range being your disadvantage just shows your powerful. Only people who were able to do that was butterfly mode choji and neji. And look were choji is now. Yes neji was there in rank, but we didn't get to bloody see his improvements. So lame. He had a KKG dojutsu how can you waste potential like that.

there is a difference between supporting characters and main supporting characters(k11 is main supporting)

The k11 might not be crucial to the storyline, but why go through all the development in part 1as naruto's friends just to ignore them for 90% of part 2? It makes no sense and is overall bad development of side characters.

We can understand that naruto is the main character and the progression of the akatsukis plans takes presidence over the side characters, but they could have at least included them as semi-important characters in some of his fights. Its always been about naruto soloing the akatsuki members to show off his power. Well, everyone is TIRED of naruto just getting more and more power while all of the rest of his friends are simply becoming fodder at this point. it ruins the character of naruto being able to rely on his friends to help him, yet this manga contradicts its own message over and over again, and its boring and cliche to the max.

^^This. The main reason why I like OP more than Naruto is because Oda gave all characters backstories and development. It should be obvious who I wanted more screentime from.

Minato for sure, since i'm sure we don't know a lot of him. Even his natural affinity he wanted to mix in his rasengan is unknown. His sealing techniques are also unknown, along with other jutsus or way to fight/counter other types of jutsus. Hashirama and Tobirama are also ninjas i would like to see fighting
