Characters you wish could have gotten feats

Now that every thing is said and done, which featless characters would you have wanted to see on display in the manga? This can include characters with very little feats, like non-Cell 7 K11 members.

For me, it would be

1.) Shisui
2.) Ashura/Indra
3.) Part 2 Neji
4.) Part 2 Lee
5.) Kushina​

Hmm Lee had feats in part 1.
He was actually the first to hurt gaara... thats a big feat.
and in part 2 well yes i want to see more feats and i think kushina has shown the feats, holding down a full kurama near death and even when naruto training with kyubi.
The feats i would like to see are jiraiya's and maybe itachi's
