Yup my bad for including sasuke's sharingan as additional power...okay let's see what of sasuke without MS as he would require the eyes of his brother and also the cursed mark with the powers of Orochimaru involving snakes

Sasuke would require his brother's eyes for EMS, he can awaken MS on his own. And I'd say MS Sasuke is pretty much high Kage level. He'll still be a little bit above SM Naruto. Though his blindness needs to be cured with external aid.
