Characters without OP KKG or Power ups.

Did you check the part where Kakashi was about to be killed because of that Jutsu had a huge weakness? Its a straight forward attack that could easily be countered by anyone who is sharp enough to see that window of opportunity, Kakashi was about to be killed by that random stone ninja hadnt it not been for Minato saving him.

Yeah but he worked to perfected it. Through training used it in anbu and through out the series. As you said it doesnt matter if they trained to get it right? Are you contridicting your own choices? Last i check 8th gate has a guranteed risk.

It was perfected through the use of Obito's sharingan, without sharingan, it is an imperfect jutsu, thus its not OP as a perfected chidori. Because with the sharingan, that Window to be countered is closed.

I dont see where I am contridicting myself. I did say Kakashi WITHOUT sharingan did I not? In the anbu Kakashi had his shringan, did he not?
YES, 8th gate has the death price, but it is basically a 100% sure win, unless facing the Juubi Jin.
7th gate is more than enough to take out Most characters in the series.

I would think Fu WOULD Have mind destruction, he is top tier in root afterall.

But the characters I were referring to in my list all have special jutsu that would be considered OP, only thing is, it is alot easier to avoid or counter those jutsu rather than someone throwing a giant TBB at you..unless you are up there in the Top tier ninja, you are as good as dead.

If Fu had Mind Destruction, why would he try to use the inferior Mind Transfer on Obito? I wouldn't assume him having any jutsu we weren't shown (even though he is my fave) because, well, I don't do that.

Well, all that is pretty debatable. I'm sorry for repeating myself, but are Zabuza's attacks really easier to avoid than Mind Transfer (said to be slow) or the purple dude charging at you? Though I understand that we are applying different logic here, so I don't want this to turn into an argument or debate. I just wish to understand your intention a bit better.

Yea, my list was mainly aimed at those who are usually targeted as fodder.

True any jutsu can be countered. Difference is though, for those OP jutsu, it takes something very specific to counter tham. Chibaku tensei is OP, took 3 powerful attacks to actually destroy it, perfected chidori, it takes someone who either has faster reflexes than the user which is usually someone who is top tier, or a particular jutsu TBB, usually the only thing countering that is FTG, another TBB, or Kamui. Kamui only has FTG or another Kamui as its real counter. The high level inner gates, not many ppl can withstand the power behind it.

Sharinganless Kakashi isnt OP. He lacks Kamui, and lacks a perfect chidori. If he attempted Chidori now, he would be left open to an easy counter attack. From anyone skilled enough to dodge a straight forward attack.

After all those years of training, even without the sharingan id say he can pull it off. Its like riding a bike, at first some needs training wheels. After training wheels are taken off people can still ride the bike. also he was learned how to use it like Naruto use his rasengan. He makes a diversion then attacks. The jutsu is still op and in Kakashis arsenal.
