Characters who died to early

What character do you think were killed off to early. Lots of people from part 1 could have had some great chracter development (Haku, Dosu, Kimmimaro) and guys in part 2 (Sasori, Hidan, Chiyo, Asuma). I feel like (for the most part) Kishi tends to kill off people who arent developed enough for people to care about(exceptions: jiraiya and deidara). He also has made so many great characters that he hasnt given enough screen time (Genma, Shino, Kankuro/Temari, and the original ino/shika/cho). So who do you think could have been the best character but wasnt given the opportunity?

Deidara is a love/hate guy. You either love him a ton or HATE him with a passion. If it lets me edit the poll i'll add tobirama and maybe the first and fourth.

The leader of the Sound Genin at the Chunin Exams. He realized Orochimaru was just using him to test Sasuke's power, so he plotted to kill Sasuke to screw Orochimaru. He challenged Gaara to a fight to the death so he could fight Sasuke and kill at the finals, but it was at night with a full moon so Gaara transformed into Shukaku and killed Dosu in an instant. Dosu could;ve become a good guy too. Sadface.
