Uhm no, it's like taking the sharingan away from an uchiha.

Not really. It's just like taking away the MS/ EMS from them.
But Obito still has Rinnegan and a lot of OP abilities.

The problem is that Obito had a lot of abilities but was never actually skilled shinobi. Kabuto leant him 6 jinchuurikis and Obito was so inept that he couldn't hold his own against Gai, Kakashi, Naruto, and Bee, despite having mokuton, rinnegan, and sharingan. He has mokuton but it's near or lower than the level in which Yamato performs it. He doesn't use the rinnegan in combat. His taijutsu is mediocre. His genjutsu seems goodish, but no where near the level of Frog Song or Tsukuyomi. It seems like Kurenai might be able to stand toe to toe with him in genjutsu. His firestyle wouldn't put down most top tiers people people would like to put him up against. And even with Kamui, he still needs to defeat that person after he has taken them to the kamui dimension.
The one trump card that Obito actually does have is the Gedo Mazo.
What you're upset about truly is that of what Obito could have been rather than what he was. But he was never a particularly skilled ninja at anything.
That's a load of crap. Obito has actually shown great versatility in all forms of combat
His taijutsu is excellent and he managed to fight evenly with Gai and defeat Several Mist ANBU:

Obito's genjutsu is powerful enough to take control of Biju and easily hypnotize most elite jonin and a perfect jinchurki and has access to Izanagi. Kurenai has never shown any feats close to that:

His fire Style is I don't understand you point, he's clearly shown proficiency in all forms of combat. You also act like fighting Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy is some easy feat that anyone could do, when anyone shy of Hashirama would easily get stomped by that team. Just because he's weaker when you restrict his strongest ability doesn't make him an unskilled shinobi. He clearly has a myriad of other skilled like Wood Style and Earth Style(though he's likely restricted in the kamui world due to there being no soil), powerful barriers and Rinnegan powers. Take away Ay Lightining armor or Minato's FTG and they won't look that impressive either. Also, he has no problem easily subdue high level opponents in the Kamui world like

During the scans of provided in the mist, that appears to be the same black rods that came when he was being controlled by Madara in the latest chapter.
Because Bijuus are none for their prowess at stopping genjutsus cast on themselves? As for Yagura, while he may have been a perfect Jinchuuriki having mastered the bijuus power that doesn't mean the bijuu wouldn't let him stay in the genjutsu.

Fighting Bee, Kakashi, Gai and Naruto shouldn't be that difficult if you have 1. Rinnegan (see Nagato vs Bee and Naruto) 2Sharingan 3. Jiinchuriki paths who should each have their own jutsus in addition to the ones they should get as paths. 4. 7 Bijuus. 8. The Gedo Mazo Statue 9. Kamui 10. Mokuton
In fact it should have been lmaowtf you dare try me? Die peasant!

Danzo had access to Izanagi 11 times. It's not really a feat considering a 3 tomoe sharingan can use Izanagi and the jutsu was used by so many in the Uchiha clan that Izanami had to be created.

So his strongest ability is not his summoning, it's not his rinnegan, or mokuton.
And Ay is not particularly a skilled ninja. His "Base Taijutsu" would be pretty crappy, it would come down to having to wrestle with people. But because he's fast most people don't get to resist much. See the nuke vs gun comparison.

And let's move on, for all we know Obito could suck at using the rennigan and he is worse at mokuton than Yamato and part 1 Hashirama. So that's not even a legitimate strength of his. Kakashi side stepped his Katon, literally just stepped next to it. And at such a close distance, I wouldn't call that skillful use of ninjutsu. Imagine having a machine gun or a flame thrower and your enemy is less than 15 feet away. How unskilled would you have to be for them to just side step your attack.

Fuu and Torune..... Yamanaka's really aren't that strong. They just aren't especially against an enemy like Kabuto. And if you remember Torune took his arm. Now I'm not saying his genjutsu is crap, because Kurenai is a genjutsu expert but not close to Itachi's. His genjutsu is weak enough that I doubt it can actually hold top tiers to which he is usually compared with. And it was this genjutsu he used to defeat them. But Fuu and Torune would probably be near Sai's powerlevel and yes he's often underrated. In fact I would say Torune> Sai> Fuu

Being able to nuke something and being able to skillfully accomplish something are two completely different things entirely. He can nuke but he still isn't skilled.
