Some people really have no clue about what destiny is. So let me get this right... you are telling me naruto without going through the pakn and doin his hardwork... wpuld have become the hokage? Or even where he is roght now?

So ur dad was in the navy...you work your ass off to be in the navy and work hard as helll.. and finally achieve Beimg in the navy... you are tellinge u were destined? Rofl



Destined is nothing but an excuse for the weak to feel sad for themselves.

So you think Naruto's hard work would have gotten him to where he is today without:

A. Having Kurama sealed inside of him

B. Having his heritage (son of Minato and Kushina)

C. Being trained by Jiraiya (the "new child of prophecy")

D. Being the newest incarnation of Ashura

Lee hasn't worked hard? Hinata hasn't worked hard?

It doesn't mean that Naruto didn't work to get to where he is. It just means he was born with some incredible advantages. It took his force of will to achieve that potential, though.

Well here's the thing I just learn. If you believe in destiny,you'll somehow figure out a way to relate everything with it and if you don't then you'll try to unrelate everything with it. I mean who is to say that gai wasn't destined to be a great shinobi or that naruto worked hard to be a destined child.

Exactly. He had potential but it took a lot of hard work to use it to its fullest. What Neji was saying is you're either born great or not. If you're destined to become great, you'll become great regardless of how lazy or useless you are, and if you're born to be weak, you;ll be weak no matter how hard you work. This isn't conjecture, though. We know that Naruto is the son of a Hokage. We know he was given an incredible power source from birth. We know he's the reincarnation of one of the SO6P's sons. We know he's the "child of prophecy," destined to change the shinobi world.

Naruto is still right that fate isn't its own motor; you can't just expect things to happen because of "destiny." Naruto had to work hard to become powerful. But that same amount of work would never turn a random shinobi into someone powerful enough to stop Madara.

Madara, the re-incarnation of Indra who stole the power of the re-incarnation of Ashura, is going to be stopped by the combined power of the newest re-incarnations of Indra and Ashura. You're saying that's not destiny? You're saying that if only, say, Shino and Kiba had worked a bit harder, been a bit more like Naruto, they could be the pair that saves the shinobi world?

The rest of the K11 could train their entire lives and never equal Naruto's power, because they don't have his incredible chakra reserves. Sakura has trained incredibly hard, and has the guidance/tutelage of a Hokage, but she lags behind Naruto and Sasuke because she lacks their natural advantages.

No Naruto's dad hoped/ believed he would be the one. Predestined means no choice, and would have had happened if the person did other things also. So really?

The rest of the K11 can train the rest of their lives and won't be able to reach such a level, because something didn't happen to them. And actually through some means they can aquire power on the level of Naruto... enhance their body like Kabuto did his.. and further more.

Sakura lags behind Naruto and Sasuke? In what bro? She kills them in Medical ninjutsu.. Shes the best support in the manga.. She can make poisons that Naruto and Sasuke can only dream of.. She is more intelligent.. She is naturally a genjutsu type which Naruto and Sasuke aren't.. She was talented with great chakra control since she was a child.. Naruto and Sasuke don't have that privilege..

Sasuke and NAruto can train all they want. But they'll never reach Lee's level in taijutsu and etc. That natural ability to go into gates at such a young age.. Naruto and Sasuke don't have it..

Neji's advancement and proficiency with his eyes.. Sasuke wasn't even on his level in KKG mastery until shippuden started...


We are all born unequal.. as I said before, "Destiny" or "pre-destined" is bunch of crap made by the "weak" people or actually the "lazy" people to give an excuse for why they aren't on the level someone else in that field.

Gai is the son of a 8 gates master , Gai ( a great 8 gates master ) grew Lee.

Lee was destined to be like Dai and Gai , Dai worked very hard (20 years ) , this perseverance was destined to be in Gai and Lee.
