Ay (fourth raikage) - super fast and ultra tanky, now 100x bigger than usual with extremely powerful and fast punches that would devasate the landscape
Third Raikage - same as Ay except way more durable and slightly less fast
Tsunade/Sakura - their punches become WAYY more destructive and powerful if they expanded first + any damage is just healed
Gai/Lee - Gates + expansion jutsu means a giant darting around at extremely fast speeds with swift and destructive punches and kicks
Suigetsu/anyone from Hozuki clan - they can become giant and not worry about being such a big target since they can liquify their bodies to avoid injury and liquify themselves into an ocean if they want
Obito - giant body that can slip through objects and remain intangible = OP
Mu - Invisible flying giant that snipes off opponents with jinton or destructive invisible punches
Onoki - can become giant and fly, can use Added weight rock technique in combination with giant punches to achieve maximum destruction and can pick up very heavy objects with super strength + lightening them, can also fly
Kimimaro - giant bones sound kind of scary
Minato/Tobirama - a giant that can teleport around the battlefield and surprise-squash opponents with a blitz is pretty OP. Fast and strong
Madara/Sasuke/Itachi - bigger body = bigger susanoo
