In no particular order. 1. Rikudara/ his outfit doesnt look that good compared to obitos and narus. He doesnt do anything but talk smack but gets the smackdown put on him instead "not being at full power" isnt an excuse when you are a jubi jin with a rinnegan. 2. Ems sasuke he was supposed to be bs but in his first fight he used only normal ms stuff and later never went all out. 3. Bsm naruto he did nothing to suggest he was superior to bm naruto at all except being in sm. 4. Hagoromo. He was supposed to be the strongest and solo the juubi but apparently his moms stronger than him and he apparebtly didnt even fight the jubi just sealed it and needed help at while obito and madara could do it alone.

EMS doesnt give sasuke anything new.. but it reduces strain and stops you from going blind and possibly makes what u did have stronger..

Gaara - Not power problem his Naruto d sucking is just sad.

Nah man Hashirama was shown as being extremely powerful its just that juubi madara is at another level. Hashirama fought pretty good against rinnegan/senju dna madara

Juubi Madara -Just Underwhelming; powers, looks, everything. I liked Edo and revived Madara a lot more.
Obito - Tobi was a total badass, one of my favorite characters, after the reveal, Obito has just been lame, mainly because of the Rin crap. I also dislike his new voice in the anime.

I'm not disappointed with Sasuke as a character but yeah his MS has been disappointing because it was the same old stuff whereas I was hoping he'd gain some new powers (I don't count Enton as a new ability).

Honestly, it's Sakura. She got a huge development in early part 2. Only until the war arc did she really get anymore shine.
