A list of Characters that Kishimoto just didn't like.
Sakura
She actually had some good development in the Beginning of Shippuden but then Kishimoto just tossed all of her development out the window and turned her into the same girl that she was in Part one that does nothing but cry and obsess over Sasuke.
Minato
Started off as a badass Character but then Kishi turned him into a fraud. Let Obito live which resulted in Madara's revival, failed to save his son and the man that killed him and his wife ended up doing it and lost both his arms in the most humiliating way ever.
Madara
It was all going good until Kishi decided to have Madara become a punching bag and have him do nothing. Let a half dead Obito put a hand through his chest, get knocked around by Guy then get cut in half by Sasuke. Then the worst one of all is Black Zetsu putting a hand through him and making him have a *** Change.
Orochimaru
The Villain that started off the Naruto series and one of the best in Naruto, Kishi turned him into one of the biggest jokes in Part II. Once we saw in that flashback at how Itachi humiliated him he gets humiliated by everybody else. Then he comes back and decides to pretty much become Sasuke's Dog and follow his orders and decides he does nothing.
Those are pretty much the characters that pretty much seemed to me that Kishi hated.
